Jurnal Internasional Pendidikan Matematika

Berikut Linknya

ERIC, which stands for Educational Resources Information Center, is a tremendous resource created by the Department of Education. It is an enormous database that consists of a growing collection of educational literature.

ERIC is a free resource for educators, and provides both parents and teachers with a tool they can use to locate studies, white papers and articles within all different areas of education. You can search for articles on keywords, title, author and even the ERIC # if you know it. Many of the literature records within the ERIC database are only bibliographies of the publication, which you'll need to locate at your local library, but ERIC is also accumulating its own collection of full text publications as well. ERIC should be the first stop for any educator.

The Education Research Global Observatory is comprehensive, up-to-date directory of "open access" educational online journals. The directory is supported by the Mary Lou Fulton Institute and Graduate School of Education at Arizona State University. It consists of hundreds of associations and organizations that publish scholarly educational journals.

This makes ERGO the perfect launching point for searching for educational articles. The key is to find the organization that most likely focuses on the particular subject matter you're looking for. For example, in this list you'll find links to organizations like the Astronomy Education Review, Electronic Journal of Science and Mathematics Education, or the International Journal of Education & the Arts, just to name a few.

HighWires is a well organized and valuable directory of free full-text articles provided by Stanford University's HighWire Press. The collection is limited to only HighWire Press journals, but the collection is still very comprehensive and valuable.

Stanford University provides access to this archive of millions of articles from an accumulation of almost two thousand organizations. Many of the organizational sites linked to from HighWire are pay per view, but at least a quarter of the websites offer free access, or at least a free trial.

The American Educational Research Association is another important resource to find educational journals and article collections. This organization is where researchers go to submit educational research papers for peer review. For this reason, most of the information that you find here consists of educational research studies and findings.

The journals provided here are published by Sage Publishing, and if you want to have access to the full text articles, you'll have to sign up and pay for a full subscription. However, you can still search through excerpts for free, and if you find the journal or article that you want, visit your local library to read that specific publication.

Yahoo is well known for providing comprehensive directory listings, and the section under Education Journals is no exception. Categories under the Education Journals directory include educational theory, history of education, instructional technology and music.

Yahoo Education Journals Directory

The Yahoo Educational Journals directory includes a listing of 27 major websites and organizations including peer-reviewed journals and research organizations, such as Education Next, International Education Journal and even the Harvard Educational Review.

DMOZ.org is another very important research for anyone who is looking for free online educational journals. This open directory lists 53 links to educational journals from across the world. Not all of them are free, but most of the listings offer free search functionality for article excerpts.

The DMOZ Directory

The DMOZ directory has always been a valuable resource for anyone conducting research, and this collection includes journals that cover science, behavior and even language studies.

Google also offers an Educational Journal directory, much like Yahoo and DMOZ. The Google directory has many of the same resources of the other directories, but there are a few unique ones as well. You'll find the link to the journal or resource, and a short excerpt describing the subject matter you can find there.

Google is currently the largest Internet search engine in the world, so it makes sense that it would also have a good collection of resources to locate free online educational journals. Examples include the Educational Guardian, Educational Week and Teacher Magazine, and the American Journal of Education.

The Directory of Open Access Journals is a very rare resource for education researchers. The DOAJ includes over 37000 articles that are all free, full text and open access scholarly journals. The DOAJ won the 2009 SPARC Award for outstanding achievements in scholarly communications.

You can either browse through the DOAJ archive alphabetically by title, browse through the subject tree to find what you want, or you can conduct a keyword search to find an article that covers the topic you're looking for. Of the entire collection of free educational journal resources reviewed in this article, the DOAJ is clearly one of the best.

While most of the online tools that are available to access scholarly research are usually subscription based, there are always free resources available as well. You may not be able to access the large volume of references you could if you selected a paid service, but many of these free tools offer so much information that for the teacher or educator conducting only light, occasional research, these free resources are more than sufficient.
